We are Profoto’s official authorized repair center. We can assist with the maintenance or repair of your Profoto system. Please complete the repair request below.
If you wish to repair multiple pieces of equipment, you must complete the request below for each item to be repaired. This allows you to manage each repair independently and create a unique request ID. It ensures proper inspection and quality repair.
Once your request is submitted and our service team has received and inspected your equipment, we will get back to you with a repair invoice and payment link. Please do not send any other form of payment (e.g. check or cash).
We will have your equipment repaired quickly and sent back to you. Our goal is to make the repair process as smooth and seamless as possible.
